I still haven't gotten an answer to this question so I'm reposting it. Please help?

I was wondering if you can help me figure out the name of a tv show I
once watched when I was a kid. I only saw one episode and can't
remember the name or any of the actors in it. I do know that it had to
do with a team of crime fighters, or cops, one of whom was black and
skilled in martial arts. Anyway the episode that I remember there's
this scene at the end where a lady, possibly a member of the team has
been captured by a female villain who's apparently holding her hostage
but says she plans to kill her anyway. Then at the end the hero
smashes through the window on his motorcycle and rides over to where
the Girl who's being held hostage is at. Right as he does this the
female villain throws a knife at her in an attempt to kill her, but
the man on the motorcycle lifts up the front wheel of the bike and
deflects the knife. Also at the same time this is happening the black
guy I mentioned earlier has gone behind the back of the building hides
in a barrel and
> when two goons come to investigate he pops out and knocks both of
them out. I know that this Tv show was either a crime drama or an
action adventure series and that it must have run sometime between
1999 and 2003 unless it was a repeat. anyway if you could help me
figure out what the name of that show was I would really appreciate
