Horror Movie Trouble Please Help Can't sleep?

I watched The Ring with my friend in the morning and I wasn't scared
at all when I watched it. But now when I try to sleep I have a memory
of it and I just can't sleep period. I watched Couples Retreat and I
still couldn't 4get it please help!
